May brings with it all the colours and a bit of heat (fingers crossed!) as we ride east out of Brighton along the undulating coastal road before we descend down to the Cuckmere river and take the turning to Wilmington, past the famous chalk man and stopping for a refreshment at Arlington Tea Rooms (bonus time with the guinea pigs!).

After here we head back through the winding country lanes towards Lewes before we hop on the cycle path back to Brighton, and perhaps end with an ice cream.
